1. Who these terms are with

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy, and the contract forms when we send you a confirmation that the order has shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order before that point — for example when an item turns out to be unavailable, when the price or description was wrong, or when we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full at checkout.

Prices exclude sales tax and shipping, both of which are added and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

4. Product descriptions and images

We describe every item as accurately as we can, using the fabric content and measurements our suppliers state.

Colours can look different from one screen to another, and a garment's fit varies between makers. Where a product page carries the model's height and the size she is wearing, that is the most reliable guide we have. If an item is materially not as described, it is covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Availability

Items are subject to availability.

The same items are sold in our store in Homestead, so something can sell out between your order and our packing it. If that happens we contact you and refund the item in full.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: 30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, and we pay return shipping when the error is ours. The full conditions are on the Refund Policy page.

7. Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully and do not interfere with it.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, scrape it in bulk, transmit malicious code, or use it to break any law. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

8. Intellectual property

The text and images on this site belong to us or to our suppliers.

You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. This does not restrict ordinary personal use such as sharing a link to a product.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
