Which channel for what

Phone, during store hours — stock questions, whether a size is on the rack, and anything urgent about an order already on its way. Someone in the shop picks up.

Email, any time — returns and exchanges, an order number that needs looking up, a wrong or damaged item, or a fit question you would like answered in writing. Include your order number and, if something arrived wrong, a photograph; it saves a round trip.

In person — trying on, exchanging a size, and anything easier to settle in a minute at the counter than in three emails. Directions are on the map below.
