Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

Orders are accepted for delivery addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are near the store, you are welcome to buy in person at 75 NE 8th St, Homestead, FL 33030 instead.

2. Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $7.99, free once your order reaches $75, and Express shipping is $14.

These rates are per order, not per item, and they are shown again at checkout before you pay. The free-shipping threshold is measured on the order total after any discount and before tax.

3. Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after that cutoff, or on a Sunday or a public holiday, are processed on the next business day. Processing means picking, checking and packing your order; it is separate from the time the carrier then takes to deliver it.

4. Delivery times

Standard delivery normally takes 4 to 8 business days after processing, and Express is faster.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and carrier delays can extend them, and deliveries to remote addresses can take longer. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

5. Tracking

You get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

If the tracking has not updated for several business days, email support@armenclothing.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

6. Wrong address or failed delivery

Check your address before you pay; we ship to the address given at checkout.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed. A second Standard shipping charge of $7.99 applies to the re-shipment.

7. Lost or damaged in transit

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it at our cost.

Tell us within the 30-day return window. Email support@armenclothing.com with your order number and, for damage, a photograph. You will not pay return shipping on an item damaged in transit.
